ENGLISH CHRISTMAS VOCABULARY LIST FREEBIE
ANGLAIS ENGLISH CHRISTMAS VOCABULARY LIST ENGLISH FOR CHILDREN CHRISTMAS VOCABULARY LIST BEGINNER ENGLISH CHRISTMAS VOCABULARY LIST FREEBIE
Young beginner English students find it useful to have visual vocabulary lists, as they can generally more easily assimilate new language and vocabulary when they are able to link it in their memory with a visual image.
There are 20 English Christmas words with corresponding pictures, which are really useful for promoting discussion about Christmas traditions and practices in a range of English-speaking countries, comparing them to other Christmas customs with which students are familiar. There is a UK-flavor to the list, with words such as mince pies and Christmas crackers. The list features the definite article, with some plurals. Students don't necessarily learn all the Christmas words in the list at a single time, but the list works well as a longer-term reference resource, and it's always a good idea to give children opportunity to engage with a broader range of words and sounds.
There are two backgrounds to choose from - Christmas colors, or plain without frame to keep prep costs to a minimum.
