This game is a great way to reactivate vocabulary and grammar, and encourage fluency. It is a lot of fun for all levels.
Game instructions:
Get into groups of 3 to 5.
The objective is to get your friends to guess the fairy tale you are describing, but there’s a list of 3 words you can’t say !
Take it in turns to take a card and score the most points by guessing the most tales correctly (1 tale = 1 point).
Included are:
- Game instructions (printable or projectable)
- 18 taboo cards
- Blank cards
- Teacher notes (tips for fast-finishers and ESL students)
