Fruit and Vegetables - Go fish

This is a fruits and vegetables version of the Go fish card game.

Students get in teams of 2,3 or 4. Each student gets 5 cards. The first student asks another student for a specific card, ex: do you have pears? If the student has pears she/he must say "yes I have pears'' and give all the apples cards to the other students. If the student doesn't have pears he/she says "go fish" and the other student takes a card from the pool.

Go Fish is over when one player runs out of cards or there are no more cards in the pool. The winner is then determined by who has the most piles or suits of cards in front of them. 

For higher level students, instead of asking simply for pears they should ask " do you have a pear of hearts?".

Included:

4 sets of 27 fruits and veggies cards (clubs, hearts, spades, diamonds)

4 sets of 27 fruits and veggies cards with words (clubs, hearts, spades, diamonds)

(for a total of 108 cards with images only and 108 cards with images and words)
