Scavenger Hunt: Travel Edition
- Interactive scavenger hunt activity where students match countries with their landmarks, historic sites, or tourist attractions.

- Adds movement to any ESL class.
Dream Trip Mini Project (suitcase templates)
- Two writing models (2 LEVELS) included to support student writing about a trip to a new country.
- Students write a paragraph about a destination they want to visit with support from questions or a fill in the blanks template.
- This may also works as a step by step activity with a daily question to add to the project.
- Final copy is designed by using a luggage template for a memorable, creative project (3 template options to decorate).

Resource 2: Question of the day- Vacation preferences
This basic ESL resource (English second language) helps to encourage conversation while expanding core vocabulary. There are writing and project ideas included which focus on vacation preferences (vacation activities and travel options). Students get an opportunity to practice the new vocabulary both orally and written with this low prep resource. It can be used for whole class discussion, partner activities or a substitute plan.

Instructions: Draw the flag, locate the country on a map, and add images of important places. Use the internet to research for extra details like population.
Social media Post:
Includes a sample template and guiding questions to support writing.
Objective: Craft a visual social media post.
Instructions: Write a short, engaging description with photos or drawings of famous locations in the country. Ideal to assign in your Google Classroom.
Air Mail Letter:
Includes a sample letter template.
Objective: Write an air mail letter describing experiences in the country.
Instructions: Describe 2-3 activities or facts in a letter format.
2. Scavenger Hunt:
Objective: Enhance reading comprehension with a twist of fun!
Instructions: Read about 8 students from countries around the world, answer questions, and use a decoder card to find a mystery word.
