Sheet #1 - Match the correct fraction with the equivalent decimal (can be cut into little cards and laminated!!)
Sheet #2 - Representing hundredths using a table where student can have the drawing, the fraction and the decimal
Sheet #3 - Match the Fraction with the equivalent decimal
Sheet #4 - Converting Fraction from improper fractions to mixed numbers using circles (or pizzas) to visualize the conversion.
Sheet #5 - Converting Fraction from mixed numbers to improper fractions using circles (or pizzas) to visualize the conversion.
Sheet #6 - Matching equivalent fractions, using circles to compare them
Sheet #7 - color the three types of fractions and put the fractions in order
Sheet #8 (assessment) - Show two equivalent fractions, show an example of all three types of fractions
Sheet #9 - (assessment) show which is the biggest and which is the smallest of the fractions (using circles to visualize them) Write down how you would say each fraction ( spelling does not count - looking for the correct way of saying 1/4, 1/2 and 1/3 as well as any other fractions with adding the ième)
Sheet #11 - practicing equivalent fractions
Sheet #12 - organizing the 3 types of fractions in a table
sheet #13 - equivalent fractions but this time with chocolate bars - and it is asking for proof that they are equivalent!
Sheet #14 is just to make a poster... I use it for labeling - numérateur, dénominateur, partie coloriée et nombre de parties, ou coupé en combien
