All About Me Backpack Activity

How can I use this activity in my classroom?
With the new school year approaching, it is the perfect time to start preparing some icebreaker activities for your students. School is obviously a place for kids to learn and grow their minds, but it’s also a place for them to make friends and learn social skills. With that being said, the new school year can be nerve-wracking for lots of kids as they are thrown into a completely new social circle. All about me resources are a fantastic way for your kids to get to know one another and introduce themselves to the class.

When you download this All About Me Backpack, you will get two worksheets. On one of these worksheets, there is an illustration of a backpack that has been split up into different sections. Each of these sections gives kids a chance to reveal different parts of their personality, including:

There is also room for kids to doodle all around their All About Me Backpack and even draw a self-portrait. Once completed, you can display these backpacks and do a gallery walk, so your students can walk through and get to know each other.
