After your students have created their very own planet, there are many things you get them to do to draw on their excitement. Here are some suggestions:
Use it as a writing stimulus and have students write a story where their planet is the setting.
Have students create a 3D model of their planet using paper mâché.
Have students work in small groups to create a whole solar system with each of their created planets.
Students can share their created planets with other classes for a speaking task.
