This resource can be used at the primary, junior, and intermediate levels (grades 2 to 6 - French Immersion) or grades 4 to 8 (Core French – Canadian context). Students would need to have been introduced to the vocabulary of Remembrance Day (especially at the primary level), as well as to basic sentence structure. A word list (French/English) is included in this product to facilitate learning and problem solving for all, but especially students who require additional support. Answer key is included for all pages except the maze.

This resource can be used in a center, as an independent assignment or as a bell-work activity. The worksheets can be handed out as individual worksheets or as a little booklet (there is a cover page included) – the pages are not numbered. Some sheets can be a bit more challenging to some students (sentence formation), therefore, it is suggested to use the sheets individually.
