Let the Christmas spirit fill your classroom for the month of December with these fun Christmas mats. Your students will, without a doubt, enjoy working on these sheets every day at school in December: gingerbread house craft, symmetry drawing, a little bit of math, writing and reading comprehension (sentence level). A little calendar and a countdown to Christmas is included on the bottom of each mat. The product is filled with Christmas symbols, and it is available in colour and B/W. An answer key is included for each page (even for the gingerbread house craft [without the colours], the symmetry drawing and the maze). Each mat is divided into two parts: 1) one craft/art activity (gingerbread house/symmetry drawing), and 2) one activity for math, writing or reading comprehension. There are 17 mats in the product that would suffice for all the school days during the month of December until Christmas. Some mats have been created with a variety of options (such as primary lines or regular lines on the mat).

Gingerbread house craft: There are 5 different gingerbread houses with design elements in this product (one house for one day). Additional pages are offered in this product to show children how they can ‘assembly’ the parts of the design (these pages have no colour). Extra pages are also included in this resource if children would like to use other or additional elements on their gingerbread house.
