It's a FANTASTIC game for oral competency development in the ESL classroom! In this game, students actively interact orally by playing the roles of "shop owners" and "customers". Oral interaction is therefore the main focus of the activity, and functional language can be adapted according to your class needs.
It includes:
- How to play instructions!
- Functional language guide sheet: Greetings, yes/no questions and answers, adjective + noun order, thanking and saying goodbye!
- Six colored shop signs.
- Shopping lists for both sets. (In color and B&W)
- Clothing items in small cards. (In color and B&W)
- Two game sets:
Set 1: colored clothing items.
Set 2: B&W clothing items. They must be printed in colored A4 sheets. This set is thought for teachers who can’t print in color. Students can still practice the use of adjective (shopping list color) + noun (clothing item) in questions.
You just need to PRINT + LAMINATE & HAVE FUN!
