Petits livrets de l'alphabet is an engaging way to teach French letter sounds in your kindergarten or grade 1 French immersion classroom. This resource includes templates to make alphabet mini books, to help your students learn about French letter sounds.
Instructions for use:
•Print the letter template page
•Students can decorate the letter, colour each page, and then write and illustrate their own vocabulary word for that letter.
•Students will cut along the lines, creating 6 small pages.
•The teacher can then assist the students to staple it into a mini book!
•As an extension, you can ask your fast finishers to use a highlighter and highlight the letter sound in each word, or use the blank template at the back to think of additional words!
